Onakai Championships

Well done to the members of Hokubu Dojo who competed in the ONAKAI Junior Championships on Sunday 8th October. It was a good day, bringing 2 medals from a small squad.

Medal winners were Jennifer O Keeffe 3rd Bronze & Caolan Cunningham 3rd Bronze

JKS Scotland C/ships

WELL DONE to the members of Hokubu Dojo, who competed with the JKS Ireland squad in the JKS Scotland c/ships on Sat 24th October. Well done to Amy Mc Fadden Kata 2nd, Kumite 3rd- Jennifer O'Keeffe kumite 3rd & Karl Kavanagh Kata 1st.

JKS Autumn Championships 2009

Well done to everyone who competed in the JKS Autumn Championships on Sunday 27th Sept. The day was a huge success and we hope everyone had a good time. There were over 400 entries altogether with entrants from all over Ireland. There were also some participants that arrived from England and Scotland. Thank you to everyone who helped out during the course of the event.
