JKS Autumn Championships 2009
Well done to everyone who competed in the JKS Autumn Championships on Sunday 27th Sept. The day was a huge success and we hope everyone had a good time. There were over 400 entries altogether with entrants from all over Ireland. There were also some participants that arrived from England and Scotland. Thank you to everyone who helped out during the course of the event.

Hokubu Dojo 1st Kangeiko (cold training) will start on Monday 30th January. We look forward to a successful weeks training. All are welcome. Bring your friends ,parents.Bring your trainers.Training starts 7am.
