WELL DONE to the members of Hokubu Dojo, who competed with the JKS Ireland squad in the JKS Scotland c/ships on Sat 24th October. Well done to Amy Mc Fadden Kata 2nd, Kumite 3rd- Jennifer O'Keeffe kumite 3rd & Karl Kavanagh Kata 1st.Kangeiko
Hokubu Dojo 1st Kangeiko (cold training) will start on Monday 30th January. We look forward to a successful weeks training. All are welcome. Bring your friends ,parents.Bring your trainers.Training starts 7am.
