Sensei Tommy McGrane
Sensei Tommy McGrane will be visiting our Dojo on Friday 26th February. All are welcome to train, but places are limited. Training will be from 6.30 - 8.30 Seniors. Juniors finish 7.30.Cost of training is €10.

Hokubu Dojo 1st Kangeiko (cold training) will start on Monday 30th January. We look forward to a successful weeks training. All are welcome. Bring your friends ,parents.Bring your trainers.Training starts 7am.
