Kids classes Mon- Tues 6pm.
Main class 7pm Tuesday & Friday
10 to 14yrs 6pm Friday

Hokubu Dojo 1st Kangeiko (cold training) will start on Monday 30th January. We look forward to a successful weeks training. All are welcome. Bring your friends ,parents.Bring your trainers.Training starts 7am.
